How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Atlas Fitness app and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and its data are deleted straight away and you are signed out. Some copies, such as progress photos and backups, can take up to 30 days to be fully removed.

Prefer to request it by email?

Email contact@atlasapp.com.au from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the data tied to it, including:

• Your profile and account details (name, email, preferences)
• All workouts, exercises, sets, and training history
• Your programs and routines
• Progress data, personal records, and stats
• Social data — friends, messages, challenges, and leaderboard entries
• AI coaching data and any content you submitted

What is kept, and for how long

We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except where we are legally required to retain limited records (for example, to meet legal or tax obligations). Any such records are kept only for as long as the law requires and are then deleted. In-app deletion takes effect immediately; email requests are completed within 30 days.
